Oceanly adds ShaPoLi system for emissions compliance

At the Nor-Shipping event, we presented the new ShaPoLi (Shaft Power Limitation) system, used to monitor ship speed and suggest engine power adjustments to meet emission targets.

This system is designed to assist vessel crews in keeping engine power below EEXI (Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index) limits by creating an alarm when specific levels are met.
